Depending on the product and features you use, we may collect:

• Account & contact data — such as name, email address, or other details you provide when you contact us, join a waitlist, or create an account.
• App usage data — interactions within the app, feature usage, crash logs, and diagnostic information that help us improve stability and performance.
• Device & technical data — device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, and identifiers such as device or advertising IDs where permitted by platform settings.
• Location data — approximate or precise location if you grant permission (for example, local recommendations). You can revoke permission in system settings.
• User content — information you enter in the app (notes, preferences, queries, photos, or similar), which may be processed to provide the feature you requested.
• Purchase & subscription data — if you buy in-app products or subscriptions, transaction status may be processed by Apple, Google, or other payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Website analytics — on our websites, we may collect standard log and analytics data such as pages viewed, referrer, and approximate location derived from IP address.

Some products are designed to keep certain data on-device only. Where a product states that data stays local (for example, local journals or API keys stored in secure on-device storage), that product-specific behavior applies in addition to this Policy.

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
• Personalize content and recommendations where applicable;
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
• Send service-related notices (and marketing only if you opt in);

Our Services may integrate third-party SDKs or link to external sites (for example maps, payment, analytics, or AI providers). Those parties process information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services we do not control.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and product. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where feasible.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
